Have been working with J Image for a longgg time.
They have been my regular vendor to supply customise products such as badge pins, tumbler, towel, stress ball etc. Wont be posting any pictures of the items that was done as it is for our internal staff and not for sharing.

Jane has been very supportive, and responsive towards all my costing enquiries. Once project is awarded to them, should there be any issues, Jane usually resolve it without any request for topping up fee if possible, if really not possible then she will inform me how much additional it would cost to fix the issue.

Their delivery is usually within stated timeline, should there be any delay, Jane usually informs me. Pricing wise is also pretty competitive. Quality of product is good as well.

Am happy with their overall service.
